1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phcaah ("phcaah," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the phcaah website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on phcaah, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. Your continued use of the phcaah Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and phcaah.
If you are accessing phcaah on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To register and use the phcaah Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations administered by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).
- You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phcaah, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the phcaah Platform or any affiliated platform.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognised gambling regulatory authority.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
Age Verification: phcaah strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to be registered by or used by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and deposits may be returned at phcaah's sole discretion. phcaah reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access the full features of the phcaah Platform, you must register for an account. The following rules apply to all phcaah accounts:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one phcaah account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcaah account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phcaah will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
- KYC Verification: phcaah is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals, in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
- Account Inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. phcaah reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing dormant account policy, as communicated to players via registered email.
- Account Closure: You may request the closure of your phcaah account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures prior to account closure.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the phcaah Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:
4.1 Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status.
- phcaah accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform's cashier page from time to time.
- Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- phcaah does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
- Deposited funds are credited to your phcaah account upon confirmation of receipt. Processing times vary by payment method.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the details on your verified phcaah account.
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. phcaah reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed if phcaah has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
- phcaah reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds that are reasonably believed to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
- Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
phcaah processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals as quickly as possible. Processing times for bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may vary. phcaah is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
phcaah offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phcaah reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
- phcaah reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have accepted a bonus in good faith.
- Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the relevant promotion terms. Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely.
- Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements – will have their bonuses voided and their accounts may be suspended.
- phcaah reserves the right to request proof of identity before crediting any bonus to a player's account.
6. Gameplay Rules
The following rules apply to all games and wagering activities on the phcaah Platform:
- All games on phcaah use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform's system.
- In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on phcaah's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative and final.
- phcaah reserves the right to void any bet or game round that is affected by a technical malfunction, software error, or any other system failure that materially affects the integrity of the game outcome.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, player account status, and applicable promotional terms. These limits are displayed within each game interface.
- Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient funds in their phcaah account before placing any wager. phcaah does not extend credit to players.
- Live dealer game rules are governed by the rules of the specific game as presented by the live dealer studio provider. In the event of a dispute regarding a live dealer game outcome, the studio provider's records shall be considered alongside phcaah's server records.
- phcaah reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any game at any time for maintenance, regulatory compliance, or any other reason, without prior notice.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phcaah Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:
- Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and phcaah's prior written approval.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to phcaah immediately. Players who exploit vulnerabilities will have their accounts suspended and winnings voided.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward phcaah staff, support agents, or other players.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by phcaah.
- Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location or identity.
8. Responsible Gaming
phcaah is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:
- phcaah provides players with tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings.
- Players who wish to self-exclude from the phcaah Platform may do so by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and will remain in effect for the period requested by the player.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the phcaah Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of phcaah or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phcaah Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the phcaah Platform without phcaah's prior written consent.
- The phcaah name, logo, and all related marks, designs, and slogans are trademarks of phcaah. You may not use any phcaah trademark without phcaah's prior written permission.
- Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to phcaah regarding the Platform may be used by phcaah without restriction or compensation to you.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcaah's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as follows:
- phcaah provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phcaah makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- phcaah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
- phcaah shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) Platform downtime or technical failures beyond phcaah's reasonable control; (b) delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers; (c) unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security; or (d) any force majeure event.
- phcaah's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phcaah account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms shall limit phcaah's liability for death or personal injury caused by phcaah's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11. Termination and Suspension
phcaah reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms or any other policy incorporated herein by reference.
- phcaah has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with your account.
- You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- phcaah is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority, including PAGCOR.
- phcaah decides, in its sole discretion, to discontinue the Platform or any part thereof.
Upon termination of your account for cause, phcaah reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to phcaah, subject to the completion of any required investigations.
You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a written request to phcaah's support team. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
12. Disputes and Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.1 Dispute Resolution Process
If you have a dispute with phcaah, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. phcaah is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. The following process applies:
- Step 1 – Contact Support: Submit your complaint to phcaah's customer support team via live chat or email. Provide full details of your complaint, including your account details, the nature of the dispute, and any supporting evidence.
- Step 2 – Formal Review: If your complaint is not resolved at the support level, you may escalate it to phcaah's formal complaints process by submitting a written complaint. phcaah will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days and provide a final decision within thirty (30) business days.
- Step 3 – Regulatory Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied with phcaah's final decision, you may refer your complaint to PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority with jurisdiction over phcaah's operations.
Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13. Amendments to These Terms
phcaah reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The following process applies to amendments:
- Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email to the address registered on their phcaah account, and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
- Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may be made without prior notice.
- The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
- Your continued use of the phcaah Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
