1. Overview and Scope
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by phcaah ("phcaah," "we," "us," or "our") and applies to all personal data collected, processed, stored, and used in connection with your access to and use of the phcaah website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
This Policy applies to all registered players, visitors, and any other individuals whose personal data phcaah processes in connection with the Platform, regardless of whether they are located in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, or any other part of the Philippines.
phcaah acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) in respect of the personal data it collects and processes. - Payment Service Providers: GCash (Mynt), PayMaya (Voyager Innovations), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment processors, solely for the purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals.
- Identity Verification Providers: Third-party KYC and identity verification service providers engaged to assist phcaah in verifying player identities and complying with AML obligations.

phcaah will respond to all data subject rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, with notice provided to you.
11. Minors and Age Restriction
The phcaah Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. phcaah does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
21+ Only: If phcaah becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, phcaah will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data, and void any transactions associated with that account. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control tools and to monitor the online activities of minors in their care to prevent access to gambling platforms.
12. Cross-Border Data Transfers
phcaah primarily processes personal data within the Republic of the Philippines. In certain circumstances, personal data may be transferred to or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines, including game software providers and cloud infrastructure providers.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
phcaah reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. The following process applies to material changes:
- Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on their phcaah account, and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
- The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.
- Your continued use of the phcaah Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgement of the revised Policy. If you do not agree with the revised Policy, you should cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
- For non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Policy), phcaah may update the Policy without prior notice.
